Our View out to the Atlantic

Our views out to the Atlantic are incredible but we “sea” an opportunity to exploit the view further.

Retaining and respecting the building’s character, the North Devon planning team have approved our plans to remove the brick pillars dividing two narrows windows in the front bedroom, and similar brickwork in the living room, to install a large picture window and wide patio doors.

We hope to complete this work in November 2025. The ocean, horizon and sunsets can then be appreciated with even more splendour.
